You can t fix stupid!

I decided to update our Christmas dishes this year. We found a pattern at Williams Sonoma and placed an online order this past weekend. It appears that the order is being sourced from inventory at the local stores. The first package arrived Wednesday containing three packs of 4 plates. The hand written note on one of the boxes says there are only three plates and one plate is on display. If they knew where the forth plate was why not put it in the box since I paid for 12 not 11. I guess displays can t be missed up!
