This morning we needed a car at 5:30 am. The driver arrived at 5:25. I am often uncomfortable riding in cars but his driving was very reassuring and I felt safe, even on the dreaded FDR drive. Carmel offered a $10 credit for writing this review, but I would have been glad to write it even without this payment, because our trip was perfect. I was curious and checked the fare with LYFT, and it was lower, even with LYFT's offer of a 50% discount. It was much easier to reserve this car ahead of time rather than scramble for a ride so early in the morning unsure of how long it would take to arrive. I will definitely take Carmel again without reservation.
