Front desk staff compared to 2017 is a nightmare. No ones seems to care when I was checking.
Breakfast menu is worst I've seen since 2017. We went for breakfast at 9AM. We asked for boiled eggs the staff told us " we're out". I asked for the manager they told us " he is not around".
2- we asked for a floor mat because of water flowing all over " the staff told us " if you don't see it its because i don't have it " when the fees are $142 per night. DISAPPOINTED.
