So I ordered parts for my mower, I had 2 day shipping which took 3 days. When I received the package it was missing parts. I called, got the missing parts coming, I won't receive them for another week. The guy I talked to had it in his hand, WTH? Since they have to pay shipping for their mistake I have to eat the time. I need this machine repaired now! Next time I bite the bullet and buy local and pay a little more. Definitely not worth the aggravation.
