No heat in our room when it was 40 degrees at night. Didn't do anything when we told them about it, except give us a blanket to make up for the pathetic comforter. Apparently it was just our room and wasn't intentional, but we were still charged in full. At least the food at our events was really good. It does seem hilarious that the golf course only rents out women's clubs, but my husband said he played well with them!

Update: they contacted us and made up for their broken heat after the fact.
