I attended back in 89 when they had a plumbing course. I use to go awol at night and make runs to the store for tips. I was good at sneaking pass the cameras and security. They gave us a weekly allowance and Some People would get drugs with the money, the program was a joke to some. Many were homeless, troubled and dealing with issues that required professional help. It was hard to stay focused for myself and others. I realize now that if you do not get to the root of a persons problem you could not be successful at anything. Counseling would be a good thing to have there along with focus on mental health. You need some skill to support yourself so don t cheat yourselves out of a possible good life, take advantage of this blessing and stay away from those that are lost and focused on the wrong things.
