Mixed experience. We have purchased appliances from Mays-Munroe for years, mostly with positive results. Our recent experience was somewhat less than satisfactory. I placed a service order to have our U-Line under-counter refrigerator repaired. A few hours prior to the scheduled repair, I received a call suggesting referral to another service provider, who, it turns out doesn't service U-Line. I called Mays-Munroe to request that I again be replaced on a list for service. I was once again asked if I had purchased the product from Mays-Munroe, which advertises that they they "service what they sell". I'm waiting to see if they show up, over a week after the initial appointment. Admittedly, hurricane Michael upset their service schedule, which I understand, but I have also felt left hanging, awaiting service for an appliance purchased from Mays-Munroe. Based on my current experience, I would rate a single star; based on my over-all experience over 40 years, I generously rate a three star.
