I had purchased an item from RockAuto and a couple of days later decided I didn't need it and wanted to cancel my order. The site said it had shipped even though the tracking showed it was still at their warehouse. This company does NOT have a customer service department they claim it helps keep the prices low even though they are about average once shipping costs are factored in. It's two more days until Fedx picks up my order. The original delivery date was Friday January 29th 2021, but has been delayed until Monday. As of today the package is still in the vicinity of RockAuto's warehouse! I have to pay for return shipping plus my time and the expense to drive it back to Fedx. Then who knows how many days it will take to get the items back to RockAuto for inspection, and ultimately refund what's left of my money after deducting the return shipping costs. ALL OF THIS COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED if given a chance to talk to someone in their shipping department. I have learned a hard lesson and will remember it each and every time I need a part or someone asks me where to go to find a good parts warehouse. RockAuto will not be my first choice.
