I'm a parent and I absolutely LOVE FLVS. They have been so helpful. I have a middle school aged boy and other moms can relate that at this age when they are in public school, it becomes more difficult to see whats going on. Not in this case. All of my children's teachers communicate so well, and when he has issues they are handled quickly. I am notified every week what is missing via parentsquare so I just print him out a list and boom. I can see his scores realtime. He really played very well into the groove of FLVS. I am so appreciative of all of their support. I also want to add that the kids can EASILY send messages to their teachers through the portal, and most teachers (from my experience) respond to texts and messages within 48 hours. I do see though how teenagers commenting here may not want to take responsibility for their actions. They don't see that these teachers know that when a student doesn't do well, it is a reflection of the teacher as well. They want you to succeed. You are not a victim. Take control of your life.
