Staff change is disturbing, was just exploring a project with a recent grad who was helpful, enthusiastic, full of different ideas etc I called soon after to find her employment had been terminated. Who would discard such a valuable staff.... After just hiring her a few weeks before..... Makes you wonder about ethical business practices
