I live in a Mosaic property in NE Houston. As a result of the recent flooding I asked for some additional time (7 days) to pay my rent without penalty because I had not received my check since the USPS has suspended mail delivery. You would think a Houston based company would have some compassion for a situation beyond our control but the almighty dollar is king at Mosaic. I would not have even given them one star if there had been that option. Stay away.
