I was hoping for a Hyatt experience, and we have been having a horrible experience here. I drove about 800 miles to get here and because of the poor room condition, and the lack of help from the staff, I am sorry that I came here. I wish I had gone to a comfort Inn where it's less than half the price and more accommodating. There is no air conditioning in the rooms .. ONLY HEAT. The phone is broken so you have to call the desk or room service from your cell phone. Don't waste your money on the panoramic view like I did. You don't see a complete view. It's a small window.
