Had a prepaid funeral contract with Hines-Rinaldi. They were wonderful when my mother passed away. Very empathetic and responsive. Everything went very smoothly. Took a big load off of my mind.
Because we could not be a the burial, Michele even sent us a video. That was so thoughtful.
