We use the self wash and the grooming services. All the folks there are very helpful when we self wash, setting us up and reviewing what's available. We have 2 dogs so it's much appreciated when we receive the free wash after 10 paid visits.
We also use the grooming services and the groomers 'know' our puppers and accept my card that has notes about what we want ... no perfume, ears a certain way, allergenic shampoo for one of them, etc.
Dogs are always groomed as we ask and are happy there!
Too bad they couldn't keep the rain from happening the very day after their grooming ... hehheh!!!
