I recently purchased some emu oil products from this company. I have to say, I was quite impressed with the quality of the products. The emu oil lotion worked really well for my dry skin, and the emu oil capsules are easy to swallow. However, I found their customer service to be a bit lacking. It took them longer than expected to respond to my inquiry, and I had to follow up multiple times. 🤔 Overall, I would say my experience was average. The products are good, but the customer service could use some improvement.
