Clearly the guest is not the focus of this conveniently located and crowded hotel. Management leaves much to be desired as we only had 1 person working at the front desk during check in time (for a line that would take more then 1h to go through). I d/w manager but no immediate action was taken. Breakfast was regular and overpriced...walk a little and you can be better served. I'll try another hotel when returning to visit NTC.
