We were a long time customer and only left after several issues with staffing levels and ability to answer our phones at a quicker rate. Our plan was to possibly return after their staffing crunch was resolved as we always want to support local businesses. However after a misunderstanding related to the final bill, we've decided never to return to Centratel. The lady in the billing department was very unprofessional (in my opinion) and went out of her way to make finalizing our account very difficult (in my opinion). Unfortunately she destroyed a good relationship we held with the rest of Centratel.
