They were so late delivery food to our event that most of the attendees were already there and I had pulled other food out and made trays last minute to feed people while we waited. The event was half over by the time the food was set-up (poorly). Despite acknowledging that they were late they charged us the full price and made no apologies. I actively tell people to avoid them and have spread the word among my event management contacts.
