I came across this nice shop while in Little Italy about a month ago.
Their proper patterns had me hooked, so I got a few casual shirts.

Excellent service and a very wide selection of patterns to choose from. Being able to create your own shirt or simply have one tailored to your needs is a big plus. I very nice shop to check out if you're in the area.
