I walked in on a saturday without an appointment. I needed a last minute special occasion dress. Karen helped me and she was great. What i thought was going to be a difficult experience, actually turned out to be stress free. I left with a dress that only needed to be hemmed up. Thanks Karen!! ,Diana peterson
