Visited the Stockyard Steakhouse last night for the first time after hearing alot about the place online. Had a very enjoyable experience overall, but wasn't quite what I was hoping for overall.

The food was pretty good, especially the beef. I had their largest slice of Prime Rib which was absolutely delicious. The meat was close to being fork tender and had such a robust flavor. Unfortunately the mashed potatoes and creamed spinach were very bland. My fiance had the ribeye and lobster tail which were also both delicious and cooked to perfection. The service was phenomenal! Our server was extremely attentive, very friendly, and provided a true professionalism.

We had two dinners, a bottle of wine, and an additional side dish which came out to around $225. I'm not completely dissatisfied to say the least, but just expected more from the side dishes, especially when spending over $200 on dinner. We would probably go back in the future though and try some different items on the menu.
