I think the staff could use some more training. I picked up my 2yr old Rottie who was there fore MRI and spinal tap for seizures. Get there and the tech comes out with my dog full of eye boogies and hands me a bag with his new meds. Did not take the meds out and review with me until i requested. When i asked when was his last dosage, she had to go back inside to get his chart. When i asked when was his last bowel movement, she didn't know. Regardless of the fact i just spent 5k+ or even if it was 500, the staff could have presented him better and been more prepared to go over his medication. Scary knowing she was watching my baby.

This tech definitely needs some more training. Front staff could be a little more friendly as well and not just focus on collecting payments. Nobody wants to be at the hospital. It's stressful and nerve racking.
