Debbi is a powerhouse!!! She listened to our wants and needs and helped find us the perfect house that has everything on our list and more!! We fell in love with a house that was listed out of our price range but accurate to the value of the home, she was able to negotiate the seller down to within our budget, them to pay closing costs, AND to have everything the inspector noted fixed/replaced/repaired by the seller! She was recommended to us by a close friend and I am VERY happy we decided to go with her.

Trust her advice and input would be my advice for future clients, she definitely knows what she is doing and has your best interest in mind!
