Sadly traumatic. I have left my brand new leather shoes worth 200 US dollars at room 218 last July 5. I work for the cruise ship. As this is important to me, I have been calling them since day 1 about it. They claimed in the beginning they found it, now as I was speaking to the Director of Housekeeping Michael Lu, they said they didn't find it anymore. It's expensive to call them from the ship and they are so hard to reach. Hope they will be able to find it as I am 100% sure it was in that room. Either they threw it or their housekeeping stole it. Bad service.
