I took my brand new bike for warranty brake repair...

I took my brand new bike for warranty brake repair. They took my bike, had me wait for an hour only to tell me to come back a month later to EVEN look at it. I complained to the manufacturer of the uncooperative nature of this store.

A year ago, I had bought a bike from this store and it was a disaster.

While I was waiting I saw how to the customers they push the bikes that they have the biggest sales margin. Come to think of it, It really is the owner who suffers from dumb diarrhea.

If you are stuck in Acton then you don't have much of a choice but there are lots of very good bike store in the western Metro. I would definitely recommend to find a different bike store for any repair or new purchase.
