I am Pranjal Kirange, Mechanical Engineer; First class pass-out from Alard College of Enginering, Pune.
After completion of my B.E., I have done CATIA Course & got placed base on my CATIA skills. While working I realize that if I want to grow in my career only having the software knowledge is not sufficient; along with that I should have complete domain knowledge, industry required software knowledge & soft skills.
So I started searching on internet & came across IKSC . At IKSC I gave Psychometric Test which helped me to select the right domain in which my passion lies. Base on that I choose Product Design of BIW & Interior as my domain.
At IKSC I have developed my expertise on CATIA Mechanical Design, Assembly Design, DMU Kinematics, DMU Space Analysis, Skeleton Modeling, Advanced Modeling Methods & Parametric Modeling of Plastic & Sheet metal components which are most important for my Domain Work. I applied GD&T practically, studied different materials, cleared my engineering concepts & learnt how to apply my engineering knowledge for the design of product along with that I improved my soft skills. While working on short term & long term project I gained domain knowledge & learn how to apply Six Sigma to solve problems effectively.
At IKSC learning process is by E-Learning, because of that I can repeatedly watch videos to learn topics which are difficult for me to learn.
Learning about the domain, continuous working on the Project, efforts put to improve soft skills & keeping patience finally gave me good result & I started my career as a Product Design Engineer at L&T Technology Services.
I am grateful to IKSC & Atul Patil Sir for tapping the hidden potential in me, identifying & clearing my weaknesses & for providing me valuable guidance which made me confident about my lifelong employability. Hence I would like to suggest you to join IKSC; so you will also get benefited as I & who are willing to make Bright Career.
