Great Gold Coast hotel location. It's in a quiet neighborhood. Everything you need is just within a few blocks.
Friendly and accommodating staff.
Easy to access.
Hotel lobby and dining options are in such beautiful spaces.
Hotel offers price matching on room rates.

CONS:
Overnight parking price (welcome to Chicago). Valet was $67.
Rooms need better soundproofing. Could near guests' conversations in the rooms surrounding mine.
