I booked the caped crusader for 30 minutes for a birthday party. He was scheduled to arrive at 4:45pm - the day before I received a call to confirm everything for the party and the person told me he was going to be a little bit late as they only have one costume and he was coming from another party. I said it was okay thinking that a little bit meant around 10 minutes late. He was 30 minutes late to the party, by the time he got there people had started leaving as we had planned to have him close out the party. This is absolutely unacceptable. Don't book parties that aren't close in proximity or go buy another costume!
