Company has a lot of application interface problem...

Company has a lot of application interface problems. They offer a lot of tutorials however they are hard to work thru. My last encounter with a rep was going to be my last, however Rizzo B work with the software and took time to explain process to me. Gave them a 3 but will reserve my fullest opinion for later. All that said, this company has a lot ahead of it ref customer service to be full competitative and build customer base!
