I came here on Sunday 3/10/19 I knew a winter storm was supposed to hit the mountains that day. The plan was nearly foiled by high wind gusts throughout much of the day. The sales/marketing/management team did make it a point to let any patron buying a ticket know that the summit was closed indefinitely. As a courtesy, they gave everyone a $30 voucher towards the next ticket purchase, which is good until April 2020. The day turned out even better when the lifts going to the summit turned on in the afternoon. Excellent customer service and excellent day on the mountain. What more could you ask for?
