Great, modern, worth a visit, very nice and helpful staff. We booked our New York vacation at the TUI counter hall 1. Very competent and polite staff (inside). Here real service takes place. From the Hamburg Air Port we start our holidays and here we go just once as an excursion and watch the planes on takeoff and land from the roof terrace.
