I would have to say arrogant is a fitting title. We tried to make reservations the day prior since we had a large party. We were told all the reservations were full, but a suitable table should be readily available for the time spot we were requesting. The restaurant was less than 50% occupied when we arrived. When I asked for a table for 8 we were directed to the high top with bar stools just past the hostess stand. I informed the hostess that one of our party was on crutches and had a cast and I asked for a lower table. At that time three other tables large enough for our group were open. I was told the high top was the only available table. Seeing how we were visiting with friends from out of town we made do, as the plan was to spend several hours (and potentially lots of cash) catching up over dinner and drinks. After an hour at the restaurant we observed that the so called reserved tables still hadn t been seated, and yet a large wait had formed. We even watched as folks that had been waiting for over 45 minutes walked out while empty tables were plentiful throughout the dining room. Two hours was the limit for us, with the table height not working for our friend in the cast and drink orders taking almost ten minutes, we decided to take our business elsewhere. When we walked out the eight seat table I had inquired about when we arrived was still empty. The food is decent but not enough on its own to draw us back. It is an interesting business model to allow potential customers to walk out while tables sit empty, for in this case, two hours.
