We were to catch a plane to Melbourne Australia Wed 4th October and need to be at the LA airport 3 hours before our flight. I confirmed our pick up time from Santa Monica to LA airport to be 6.25pm.

At 6.35 called company to make sure they were still picking us up....I was told the driver was waiting for another family....Driver arrived at 7.10pm. Peak traffic and we were to start boarding our plane at 9.25pm. I was not happy,he drove through lots of back streets to get us there and I was panicking we would miss our flight. I am always on time and just hate being rushed like this. Not a bit happy. Looks like passengers would have to book a much earlier pickup time if using Karmel again....mmm maybe look for someone else
