I have been living in one of their units for a couple months now, they've been great. I don't see why people are so quick to leave terrible reviews. If you pay your rent on time and take care of the house you're in, everything is just fine. What a concept! They always answer my questions and maintenance has been super quick to make repairs. The bad ratings are not representative of them at all.

**Lease is ending this month, and this is still true. They were great and resolved all of our maintenance needs as fast as possible. Seriously, just treat the house you're renting with respect and make your payments on time and you'll be just fine. They were a great company and absolutely do not deserve these negative reviews. Thanks for a great year!
