Good luck getting any help after purchase. Every time I walk into the building for picking up paperwork or correcting any financing documents, I have been made to wait an unacceptable amount of time. This has been regardless of the simplicity of the need I have had.

I have lost hours waiting to simply pick up documents or have simple questions answered.
