Karma's knowledge, professionalism, and kindness really saved the day for me. Her years of experience and daily involvement with the Home Office meant she was up to speed with each constantly changing rule. I don't believe my application would have been successful without her, and I will seek out Karma, Mariam, and the rest of the team for any future immigration matters.
