Hi Fees, No respect for Clients time. This company has lost my respect as a reputable Service Company. Now they have New Service Charges, even for service contract members. What a rip off. Double dipping. They charged me $45. for 1st visit(this under contract)nothing got done on this day and the tech showed up closet to 6 ;30pm, and $65.00 for toilet lever and flap which took the tech 7 minutes to install. They claim the cost of the piece for the toilet was $165. They cover the first $100. They didn't even consider the first $45. to go towards the cost. I tried disputing but to no avail. They told me to contact the management company that manages the apartment I am renting. I left work early on both days and lost about 7 hours waiting for service. between those two days of service dates to fix this matter. that is money out of my pocket that I lost in pay. I tried explaining this matter to a customer service supervisor(Linda) to see if $65. can be waived because of the unsatisfactory service. She refused stating that the new contract discloses these charges. I still feel as a tenant, these charges should have been disclosed. Shame on you
