My mother was a patient and had the most amazing experience. The nursing staff- Chrystal, Jess, Margaret, Karen, Heather, Dina, therapy team Stefanie, Robin, Heather and Julie, dietary, Marla, case management, Ziara, medical staff, Dr Ashkar and environmental team, Deb, paid extra attention to details. Everyone loved their role and demonstrated their passion through their daily interactions. They met my moms needs despite her language barrier. She was kept well informed and met the CEO, John Hunt, which made her feel extra special. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the dedication to ensure my mom went home safely. She left stronger, confident and ready to return to her goal of living independently. I highly recommend Encompass.
