Took my payment three weeks ago. they keep pushing off to the the appraisal. have held up the ENTIRE purchase process waiting for them. They say they are doing it but never actually show up to do it. Keep requesting (at this point demanding/blackmailing me for more money) after having already received multiple payments for the job. When you call they deflect all blame saying it's subcontractors or my mortgage broker when it all traces back to them. Under valued house by almost $50 000 in the end. Terrible experience from start to finish, so disapointed a major bank like Scotiabank requires you to use such a flaky company.
