Purchased a LFXC24726S refrigerator in August 2016. It wasn t installed and operating until November 2016 due to home renovations. On August 27, 2018, complete compressor failure. Hundreds of dollars of food wasted. Garbage product. Don t buy LG products, a simple Google search shows that other thousands of others are having the same issue with LG s proprietary linear compressors. There was a class action that was dismissed by the court in 2018, but then LG started to offer 6 to 10 year warranties on their compressors for refrigerators purchased AFTER January 2018.
