After the usual hard sell and generous discounts our chair arrived on time and to specs. We did not request arm caps at the time of order but ordered two pairs some weeks after delivery of the chair.

They arrived quite promptly but did not fit - about 3 too short. When phoned, Oak Tree said they would remake to the correct size and would send a bag for us to return the faulty caps. Nothing happened until another phone call resulted in them sending, not the bags, but another pair of caps exactly the same (wrong) size as before.

Another phone call and agreed that they would get their representative to call and see the problem first hand. Nothing happened until a week later when we received a return bag which would hardly hold one cap let alone eight!

A week later after no response from Oak Tree. I phoned the Rep direct but no answer so
I left a message requesting him to phone me. No response.



This Company s selling is aggressive but their after sales service is appalling. I do not like publishing any sort of review, good or bad, but perhaps it is the only way to make Oak Tree respond as they promised.
