I joined Inurture last month 8th of August,HR Sreeharsha who arranged my interview and sent me the offer letter.When I saw the reviews of INurture I was shocked all are facing salary issue and had complain about salary delays but still I tried to ask HR Sreeharsha regarding this he said Priyanka dont blv them atleast will make sure that you dont have to go through this kind of situation.Huhhhh I believed him with all Hope's in this pandemic situation.
When I joined, I saw huge unprofessionalism in many things No training,no proper induction just they will provide you thousand of Data, call them.Now thr is different pattern of calling Senior Counselor who are thr in the org from a long time they can call 2-3 people that's fine because they made thr calls long back,they are doing the same Work from home like you but in thr whole 9hrs work they are making max to max 15 calls a day but if you are new employee you have to 120-150 cold callings.
Secondly,be ready to get insulted also because as INurture has a third party partnership with Techno India so u cant mess with Techno Counselors if you have a positive lead and he or she will take admission will be coming with money for admission purpose but if that Lead Data is with Techno India Counselors they will insult you near everyone which I never faced but i heard lots of stories from the reporting manager.

Thirdly, after a month of working on 5th of September I got a call from co employee that Did you got ur salary? I said no,then she provided me the information that they are getting half salary from last April month.I got shocked I dont have any information regarding this then I saw they did samething with me I got half salary I called HR he is so stupid asking me to wait then after an hour he is saying due to pandemic situation u have to face thing all are facing the same from next month you will get the whole salary I decided will not continue with ths unprofessional org.I put down my papers on 8th of September from thr my fight and mental harrassment started they will hardly reply your mails they are calling me asking me to wait till 15th October before that we cant provide you rest of ur salary with full and final settlement were in my offer letter clearly mentioned within 15 days full and final settlement will be done .In a point of time I loosed hope.Then with a suggestion of a friend I tried to contact Labour Commissioner and asked for help and tried to keep him in cc for every mail even he noticed nobody is bother to reply mails thn he helped me with stuffs and yesterday after one month of struggle I got my cheque.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE UFFFFFF.....
