Went in when they opened but the computer was down...

Went in when they opened but the computer was down. A lady was there and immediately started doing our signing in by hand. I was with someone within 15 minutes. He tried to fix my problem but later I found out that it didn't work because of the computers being down. I was in and out in 20 minutes. I have always been helped by the nicest people and this is the only time I've had any problems.
