Thanks to the Catalist team for helping us to streamline the business process in our organization and successful implementation of Trendz ERP solutions. I would like to talk about a few points that I noticed in the implementation process with Catalist and that I didn t experience in any other consulting firms.
They were immensely involved in business process re-engineering or organizational change management. In my previous experiences, other consultants only did ERP software selection.
Timely auditing and involved in each stage of the implementation process, conduct meetings with ERP vendor, customers, etc. for ensuring the smooth process.
