I have a disabled daughter with SMA type 1 and been with PSA now knows as Aveanna for over 5 years. They have been unable to provide coverage for majority of time with them. Do not get them unless you want to have no coverage. They promise a lot but do nothing. I ll be switching as soon as I get time off of work to be able to do so. I almost lost my job multiple times because they don t let you know about no nurse until it s time for them to be there or not tell you at all.
