If you expect to have a real career and one that apriciates your worth and hard work and dedication then you better keep looking bc this company is not it.. You will not get healthcare coverage or even be thought about for a raise. They only care about filling the companys bank account and don't care how many good employees that don't stay or end of leaving bc of sorry management.. I have more than 15 years experience in this field and gave this company a whole year of hard work and dedication only to be used and looked over for better positions. I was with this company for 6 months b4 they finally told me they didn't have real healthcare coverage and all the bs that they tell you b4 you apply is a joke.. Let the the management make up there whole rules that break state laws as well..
