Bought a 2013 Jeep from them and was very excited to get into it and bring it home. We worked out some details about the Jeep that needed repairs and j was fine with that. The wheels needed to be painted because the previous owner put that fake stuff on it that was peeling off and looked terrible. I finally got the Jeep back and drove it for a week. Sitting at a stop light the check engine light came on and I thought that was very strange. Their drivers came to get the Jeep and to take it in to see why the light came on. They brought it back to the shop in Lansing and thankfully the private contractor who did the wheels came out to fix up the wheels. They looked amazing, by the way! Jeep comes back to me a few days later and I asked the driver how the drive was and he said it was a little loud. Didn t think much of it until I turned the Jeep on and the check engine light was still on and the Jeep sounded terrible. I immediately called the dealer and told them to turn their drivers around and to come take my Jeep back because this is unacceptable. Jeep goes back after the dealer claims it wasn t on when they left. The drivers didn t even stop to ask either if it should sound that way. A few days later the Jeep comes back and the engine light is STILL on. This time I finally took it to another dealer after chewing out the manger on the phone. The shop that I took it to said the fix literally took 5 minutes. A sensor was off. In conclusion, no professionals or trustworthy people care about you or your vehicle. They only care about the sale and their money.
