In my opinion, the measure of service is not how a dealership behaves during the sale but how they respond when there is something wrong. I bought my car at JH about three months ago. This weekend I experienced a problem with the car. The electronic steering lock (ESL) is failing in the car - this is a common problem for Mercedes. When I brought it in today they sorted me out right away. Their technician had worked at Mercedes for several years and knew exactly how to explore the problem. They will cover the cost of the repair and service. Moreover, they gave me a loaner car (comparable to my car) and had me on my way quickly. I am so impressed! Yes, it would be better if my car weren't malfunctioning, however; it is a used car and I recognize that things can break.
