fifth time staying here, the quality drop dramatically. This last visit, because the room has some issues we swap the room twice. and glad that they upgraded use to another room. i do appreciate. Thing that i cant bear with it is the room signal is bad.
four stars hotel, provide you a free wifi service to avoid this issue, sound reasonable. but the wifi they provide is like your boss tells you, you will be promoted soon. A false hope. The wifi keep lost signal, on and off, and we at level 12 which claim as platinum floor.
i cant really finish my work on time. understand that it is not front desk issue, i shared my disappointment and telling him how frustrated it is. he replied: " ok." end of conversation.
no call back. no ask anything. which mean, ok welcome to vivatel. we have broken wifi, we are 4 stars hotel.
Rating one star mainly because if customer reflect issues to you, hotel front line respond in this way. i...speechless dont know what to continue...you deserve better. pick another one
