I have worked for multiple catering agencies over the past 5 or so year and have been with pinnacle for nearly a year
pros:
lots of work and pretty good pay
cons:
rude and unprofessional staff, the pinnbook app is painful i get constant notifications (like my phone buzzing for 5 minutes non stop) as well as getting calls (to which i have to hang up because I'm busy) but rather than just leaving a message they ring you repetitively until you pick up (it was only last Friday they called me about 6 times in the space of an hour)
I also had a pay dispute several months ago (i was paid for the incorrect hours) instead of dealing with it straight away i was told they were "sorting it out with the client" i would call weekly and either told there was nobody in the office that could help, they were working on it or they were waiting to hear back from the client, after months of nagging there has still been no resolution
decent enough place to work, but lacks the tight family like atmosphere you get from most other similar agencies
